FRII Creative web sites are designed be maintained and updated by your own staff through easy to use web interfaces. We offer on-site training for both content maintainers and administrative/IT staff to help you get the most from your site, and to minimize help desk calls.
All training sessions are hands-on. We offer both group trainings, and one-on-one "train the trainer" models. Most people can be trained to update and maintain their section of the web site in under 30 minutes.
Task-oriented user guides are also given to all trainees, and are provided digitally for later distribution to new staff members. On-screen help is also available for administrative users.
